By Ernie Mundell HealthDay ReporterHealthDayFRIDAY, Feb. 9, 2024 (HealthDay News) -- Is 'practice makes perfect' true for the male erection, too? The key seemed to lie in connective tissue cells called fibroblasts. So, "an increased frequency of erections leads to more fibroblasts that enable erection," he said. The opposite also appeared to be true: "A decreased frequency results in fewer of these cells," Göritz said. "This is not something we have shown in our study, so it is a bit speculative, but a reasonable interpretation is that it gets easier if you have regular erections,” Göritz said.

Chinese tech giants are racing to catch up with US firms like OpenAI in the AI arms race. Over 40 AI models have been approved for public use by the government, per local news reports. China has tight controls on AI , with tech companies required to "adhere to socialist values." Unlike their US rivals, Chinese companies that develop their own chatbots face political as well as technological challenges. That has meant that many of the country's most advanced AI models have a tendency to avoid sensitive topics, such as the status of Taiwan.

HONG KONG (AP) — Technology company Baidu on Monday refuted a newspaper report that said its artificial intelligence chatbot Ernie was linked to Chinese military research. Like ChatGPT, users can pose questions or requests to Ernie Bot, which would then generate content based on the initial prompt.
