How business credit scores differ from personal credit scoresWhile business and personal credit scores share some similarities, such as their impact on your borrowing power, they don't perfectly align. Business credit scores are based on underlying business credit reports that track loans, credit lines, business credit cards, and other business borrowing activity to help lenders and business partners understand how risky the underlying business is when it comes to credit. Just like there are three credit bureaus that track consumer credit scores, there are multiple companies that track business credit scores. Free business credit scoresNav: Nav offers free business credit scores and business credit reports with a paid subscription available that includes additional reports. Keeping business credit card and line of credit balances low is good for your business credit.

I wore an eight-and-a-half-foot-tall Statue of Liberty costume to the Easter Parade in New York City, and Kirsten came along with me. By the time I turned 30, I’d been telling people I was older for years, because I’m not the type to bemoan the loss of my youth. Jodi Wellman, a positive psychology expert, was an executive leader for 17 years but realized that achieving the pinnacle of success wasn't bringing her any joy. She previously held executive positions at companies like The Sports Clubs of Canada and Bally Total Fitness. "I was probably at the end of what I could do with that company, my proverbial glass ceiling," she said. Wellman said her whole identity rested on her career, so the feelings of hopelessness and fear were intensified as a result. What she realized was that she had pinned all her hopes on finding meaning through work while overlooking every other aspect of her life.

She was dressed rather noticeably, and perhaps slightly humiliatingly, in a red jumpsuit and a white sandwich board she had assembled the night before, writing the words “FREE HELP” in red marker. It was the first day of a project by Ms. Giaever, 34, a filmmaker and radio producer whose work, inspired by performance artists like Sophie Calle and Tehching Hsieh, often involves personal journeys and interactions with strangers. Would the strangers in this supposedly cold and impersonal city accept her help? And if they did, how much could she really help them? Over the course of the four days I spent with Ms. Giaever, things would get more complicated.
