“Ethnos360 has had a history of child sexual abuse within their community, at different locations across the globe. Tchividjian said the alleged abuse started in 2016 when the girl, identified in the complaint only by her initials, A.W., and the alleged perpetrator were both about 9 years old. It accuses Ethnos360 of failing “to provide any education or training regarding anything related to peer-on-peer child sexual abuse to anyone living on the Ethnos Campus” and failing to adequately investigate abuse allegations. did not tell anyone what was happening because the alleged perpetrator threatened to kill her family if she spoke up. Donald J. Trump was doubling down on Friday about his story of nearly crashing during a helicopter ride once with Willie Brown, the notable Black California politician. A man previously identified as a leader in a “vicious” white supremacist gang was one of three inmates killed earlier this week in a Nevada prison fight, officials said. Zackaria Luz, 43, died after the fight Tuesday at Ely State Prison in eastern Nevada, the White Pine County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Wednesday. In a news release Wednesday, the Nevada Department of Corrections said an investigation into the incident is ongoing and the prison remains on lockdown. A second inmate, Connor Brown, was also fatally injured in the fight, the sheriff’s office said. Authorities were still working to notify next-of-kin for the third inmate and did not identify him, the sheriff’s office said.

And now it wants Microsoft and the cybersecurity firm that caused the problem to compensate it for at least some of its losses. Delta has hired high-profile attorney David Boies’ law firm to seek damages from cyber security firm CrowdStrike and Microsoft for the massive service issues it suffered last week following a badly flawed software update caused problems in a key computer program. The hiring of the firm of Boies Schiller Flexner, first reported by CNBC, was confirmed to CNN by a person familiar with the decision. Delta’s costs could total between $325 million to $475 million, according to a note published Tuesday by Savanthi Syth, airline analyst for Raymond James. Boies and his firm won $290 million in 2023 from JPMorgan Chase for Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse victims.
