AFP/Getty ImagesMeanwhile, skirmishes continued in villages in Belgorod and Kursk regions after pro-Ukrainian groups of Russian fighters on Tuesday mounted a cross-border attack. Russia’s Defense Ministry said the “terrorist formations” had targeted the Belgorod villages of Nekhoteevka and Spodariushino. “The liberation of the Russian regions from the Kremlin terrorist regime continues in these minutes. Massive strikes are now being launched against Putin’s forces in the Belgorod and Kursk regions,” the statement said. While the extent of the skirmishes in border villages is not clear, drone strikes and shelling on Belgorod have increased markedly in the past week.

There are, of course, a few behaviors you'll want to avoid, such as phrases that could turn your interviewer off. Some are "major red flags," says Nolan Church, former recruiter at Google and CEO of salary data company FairComp. These can be phrases like "I work too hard" or "I'm a perfectionist," says Church. They could think you're either not being honest about who you are as a person or you genuinely think you can't get better as a worker. Instead of these empty phrases, Church recommends giving an example of a mistake you made, what you learned from it and how you improved going forward.

On Tuesday morning, the Richmond Wildlife Center posted a Facebook video of a staff member feeding a kit while wearing a furry fox mask. In the video, the kit rests on a fox stuffed toy while the staff member feeds it with a syringe. The wildlife center told the AP that the fox kit will soon be transferred to the Animal Education and Rescue Organization, where it will eventually be released back into the wild. This isn't the first time wildlife staff have had to mimic the appearances of the animals in their charge.

The transcript suggests critiques of his memory may be overblown and shows Biden's sense of humor. The Post reported he mimicked the sound of a car twice during the discussion, with the transcript reading "(Makes car sound)" and "(Laughter)." Waking up several times throughout the night is a natural occurrence often due to sleep architecture, which are the stages of sleep that one cycles through every night. When people naturally wake up in the night, they are more likely to remember it happening during the second half of the night. That’s when people typically have longer REM stage, light sleep, while the first half of the night has longer stages of deep sleep instead. The most important thing to do when waking up in the middle of the night is to resist looking at the clock, Peters-Mathews said. It’s also important to ensure the awakenings are not happening from something external, such as disturbances from your sleep partner, Peters-Mathews said.

For some budding musicians (and even old pros), the very sight of sheet music can elicit a fight-or-flight response, bringing up painful memories of strict piano teachers and high-pressure recitals. George Collier, a 20-year-old music transcriber, is doing his part to change that. Another clip, titled “She Practiced 40 Hours a Day for This,” captures a virtuosic Mozart piano cadenza by Mitsuko Uchida. While Collier specializes in jazz, he also showcases performances from the classical world, as well as everyday people with impressive talents. A clip titled “When Your Family Is Musically Competent” features a version of “Happy Birthday” that turns into improvised gospel-laden riffing.

The FAA is allowing the planes to continue flying and Boeing said the problem does not pose an immediate safety risk. It said Monday that the changes, which will come into force from April 30, simplify its policy around monitoring devices and "continue to prioritize the privacy" of Airbnb users. Cameras were previously allowed in areas such as hallways and living areas as long as they were disclosed by the property owner. Airbnb also required the cameras to be clearly visible and not located in sleeping areas or bathrooms. Airbnb announced it will ban the use of indoor security cameras in any property listed on its site, and bring in new restrictions on outdoor cameras and noise monitoring devices. "These changes follow extensive consultation with guests, hosts, privacy experts and advocacy groups," Airbnb said in the statement.

Do you have insomnia? Let’s get back to sleep
  + stars: | 2024-03-11 | by ( Madeline Holcombe | ) edition.cnn.com   time to read: +6 min
There are several useful methods to treat the condition, including fixing your sleep hygiene and engaging in cognitive behavioral therapy specifically for insomnia. What do you do on those nights where you just know sleep isn’t coming — or, at least, not without a fight? The condition affects a lot of people, but is often underestimated as a cause of insomnia, Paruthi said. Don’t let bed become a place associated with long stretches of stressing to get to sleep, said Salas, who is also a sleep neurologist at the Johns Hopkins Center for Sleep and Wellness. “The worst thing somebody with insomnia could do is stay in bed and not sleep,” she said.

I would waste time and energy fantasizing about relationships with men who I inexplicably found flawless, but in reality were emotionally or physically unavailable. I've spent 10 years interviewing experts on longing, as well as people who've experienced limerence, for my podcast The Longing Lab, TEDx talk, and forthcoming book, "When Longing Becomes Your Lover." The emotional reward was the happy hormone dopamine I'd feel from imagining a relationship together or anticipating a response. Writing it down helped me believe it — and recognize my limerent feelings toward unavailable men as a dead end. I found his love and availability very attractive — something I never would have seen in my 20s and 30s.

Some Tesla Cybertruck owners noticed their new stainless steel vehicles have small rust specks. A few months after deliveries began, some members of a Cybertruck-owners forum started complaining about rust spots on the vehicle. After all, the Cybertruck is the first stainless steel vehicle to be produced since DMC made the stainless steel DeLorean and later halted production in 1982. The extra upkeep isn't entirely unexpected for experienced Tesla owners, many of whom have taken on the role of early adopters. If Tesla hits Musk's ambitious production targets for the Cybertruck, Tesla is likely to face less forgiving buyers, automotive analyst Ivan Drury told BI.
