Read previewA busy office worker said he transformed his physique in four months thanks to an efficient workout plan. AdvertisementIn theory, researchers and trainers say, the combos allow one muscle group to rest while you're working a different muscle group with another exercise, tapping into the benefits of rest without added time. A superset involves performing exercises back-to-back without a break, and can save time by allowing one muscle group to rest while another is working. Using supersets, you can create a full-body plan, and work out harder, because you're not exhausting any one muscle group. Doing a few sets per muscle group more frequently allowed him to make each set count by adding more weight and pushing himself harder, he said.

Ahead of Combs' expected afternoon court appearance, his lawyers offered a $50 million bond to keep him out of jail before his trial. "In short, if the defendant wanted to flee, he has the money, manpower, and tools to do so quickly and without detection," prosecutors wrote in the filing. But in the past, Combs has pressured security staff to stay quiet about his activities, prosecutors wrote. "When a member of hotel security staff intervened, the defendant attempted to offer the hotel security officer a stack of cash to ensure his silence," prosecutors wrote. "After the security guard refused the defendant's bribe, and after coordination between the defendant and his employees, the defendant's staff contacted other members of hotel security."

New York CNN —United Auto Workers union President Shawn Fain said Tuesday the union plans to hold strike authorization votes against Stellantis because the automaker is failing to live up to guarantees it made in the 2023 labor deal it reached with the union at the conclusion of a six-week strike. During the livestreamed speech, Fain said that the union would be “holding strike authorization votes at one or more Stellantis locals. It is possible, since only some locals will be holding strike authorization votes, that only some plants will be struck. Asked Monday about an unfair labor practice charge by the UAW, Stellantis said it had yet to see the complaint and couldn’t comment directly on it. “We will communicate our plans to the UAW at the appropriate time.”But Fain blasted that statement from Stellantis.
