Zomato's Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy, which runs the Instamart delivery service and is backed by SoftBank , did not respond to Reuters queries. India's biggest group of retail distributors has asked the antitrust authority to investigate three quick commerce companies — Zomato's Blinkit, Swiggy and Zepto — for alleged predatory pricing, a letter showed on Sunday. "Implement protective measures for traditional distributors and small retailers to safeguard their interests," it urged the Competition Commission of India. Annual sales on Indian quick commerce platforms are set to exceed $6 billion this year, with Blinkit having a nearly 40% market share, while Swiggy and Zepto around 30% each, research firm Datum Intelligence said. Reflecting the strength of the quick commerce sector, Zomato's shares have doubled this year and Swiggy will in the coming weeks will launch its over $1 billion IPO.

What's more, many pharmacies serve as a convenient destination for all sorts of essentials, from aspirin to mascara. Big chains like Walgreens and CVS make their money in two main ways: selling prescriptions in the back of their stores and selling everyday goods out front. As Walgreens and CVS stores have proliferated over the past decade or so, many of their locations are basically right on top of each other. On the other end of the business, pharmacies are expensive to run. In the current landscape of commoditized pharmacies, there's no such thing as personalized service.

There are too many investors in the so-called Magnificent Seven and it's time to move away from them, according to value investor Bill Nygren. While there has been some rotation out of high-flying tech names into smaller stocks, the small-cap Russell 2000 still lags the S & P 500 for the year. "We think it's a really good time for an investor to diversify away from the concentration in the S & P 500," Nygren, Oakmark Funds chief investment officer and portfolio manager, said Monday on CNBC's " Money Movers ." LONDON — Cybersecurity firm Wiz is seeking to hit $1 billion of annual recurring revenues next year, the company's billionaire co-founder Roy Reznik told CNBC, adding that the firm will go public "when the stars align." Earlier this year, the company rejected a $23-billion acquisition bid from Google , which would have marked the tech giant's largest-ever takeover. At the time, Wiz CEO Assaf Rappaport said the startup was "flattered" by the offer, but would remain an independent company and aim to list instead. "We've already broken a few records as a private company, and we believe we can also break a few more records as an independent public company as well," Reznik said.
