CNN —A federal judge said a woman who accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her cannot proceed with her lawsuit under a pseudonym after finding the rapper has a right to defend himself. Judge Vyskocil ruled the woman has to file the lawsuit under her name by November 13 or the lawsuit will be dismissed. In the lawsuit, the judge notes there is no allegation that Combs threatened this woman about going public with her allegations. “The Court appreciates that Combs is a public figure and, therefore, Plaintiff is likely to face public scrutiny if she proceeds in her own name. The judge said that Combs is entitled to know her identity to investigate her claims.

Police are investigating the death of a 19-year-old Walmart employee who was found in the store’s walk-in oven Saturday in Canada. CNN —Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt has said that he has no concerns with kicker Harrison Butker forming a political action committee (PAC) based on Christian values. Butker announced the formation of UPRIGHT PAC during the Chiefs’ bye week last weekend, which, according to its website, intends to “reclaim the traditional values that have made this country great” and “mobilize Christians across this country to make sure we protect these values” at the upcoming election.
