Over 400 employees gave testimonials about why flexibility at Disney is important to them. In the petition, Disney employees allege the change has the potential to "have unintended consequences that cause long-term harm to the company." However, employees gave their own accounts of how the change made them feel "forced out." "I started the petition because I believe Tesla did an injustice," Wang told Insider. Tesla owners have been expressing their displeasure with the carmaker for weeks.
