A Florida judge has declared Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner divorced and single, signing off on a confidential agreement reached between the two. Judge Gina Beovides declared that the marriage was “irretrievably broken,” and that the couple’s agreement, especially their parenting plan, was in the best interest of the family. After-hours emails seeking comment from representatives of both Turner and Jonas were not immediately returned. But the split turned into a serious dispute within weeks when Turner sued to force Jonas to turn over the girls’ passports so they could join her in her native England. Tesla has stemmed downside risk in its electric vehicle business and is exposed to "powerful emerging drivers" related to artificial intelligence and future energy demand, leaving it a better bet than Ford as the best stock in the auto industry, according to Morgan Stanley. Analyst Adam Jonas has a $310 price target for Tesla, implying 40% upside from Friday's close of $219.80. Tesla's cost cutting and restructuring has helped lower the breakeven point at which it can generate positive cash flow, Jonas wrote. The Elon Musk-led company is also benefiting from zero emission credits that amount to $2,000 per vehicle, the analyst said. CNN —Tour de France champion Tadej Pogačar will not compete at the upcoming Paris Olympics due to fatigue, the Slovenian Olympic Committee announced on Monday. The Slovenian Olympic Committee cited “being too tired” as the reason for Pogačar’s withdrawal from the Olympics, according to Reuters, adding that his place in the team would be taken by Domen Novak. Pogačar crosses the finish line of Sunday's time trial in Nice, the final stage of this year's Tour de France. At this year’s Tour de France, Pogačar claimed six stage victories – the most since 2009 – and ultimately finished six minutes and 17 seconds ahead of Denmark’s Jonas Vingegaard. He capped off his latest title with victory in Sunday’s time trial in Nice, which marked the final stage of the race.
