Instead, parents might consider taking kids’ phones away before bed and returning them in the morning. This new research is a reminder that there are commonsense ways to help kids avoid the major dangers of using their phones.

New York CNN —With its line-up of sweet snacks, Hershey isn’t known as a purveyor of diet foods. As the use of weight-loss drugs — notably Ozempic and Wegovy — grows, the 130-year-old confectionery company is adjusting to this new era by pushing further into the wellness category with protein powders and energy drinks in popular candy flavors. Hershey’s namesake milk chocolate and Reese’s peanut butter and chocolate will soon be sold as protein powders and its Jolly Rancher candies will be turned into bubbly energy drinks. Energy drinks, which are most often bought by millennial and Gen Z customers, have “a lot of affinity” with Hershey’s products, Cunningham told CNN. London CNN —“Millions” of people could fall victim to scams using artificial intelligence to clone their voices, a UK bank has warned. Starling Bank, an online-only lender, said fraudsters are capable of using AI to replicate a person’s voice from just three seconds of audio found in, for example, a video the person has posted online. These types of scams have the potential to “catch millions out,” Starling Bank said in a press release Wednesday. “People regularly post content online which has recordings of their voice, without ever imagining it’s making them more vulnerable to fraudsters,” Lisa Grahame, chief information security officer at Starling Bank, said in the press release. As AI becomes increasingly adept at mimicking human voices, concerns are mounting about its potential to harm people by, for example, helping criminals access their bank accounts, and spread misinformation.

Kate, 42 – who is married to the heir to the British throne, Prince William – resumed work by hosting a meeting at Windsor Castle on Tuesday. Kate had been receiving a course of chemotherapy for an unspecified form of cancer since February and has only made a few public appearances in the months since.
