The orange juice was also a little pulpy and separated overnight—a common occurrence with both centrifugal juicers we tested. Others you should know aboutGreat multiuse juicerKuvings’s 4-in-1 masticating juicer comes with attachments to make smoothies, sorbets and nut milks, too. Masticating juicers use a rotating, screw-shaped augur to crush and press fresh produce to extract juice, while centrifugal juicers rely on a high-speed spinning metal blade to pulverize produce into a mesh filter. Masticating juicers are slower and cost more, but often have higher yields and are therefore less wasteful (which we found to be true in our testing). Centrifugal juicers are faster and more powerful, but create foamier juice that’s more likely to separate.

The Moline, Illinois-based company posted a 60% rise in quarterly profit, yet investors were seemingly unimpressed as shares slumped for the world's largest farm equipment maker. While it easily beat profit expectations, Deere's stock slump is consistent with other cyclical companies that have outperformed estimates. Deere expects 2023 net income between $9.75 billion and $10.00 billion, up from its previous outlook of $9.25 billion to $9.50 billion. Construction and forestry equipment sales increased 14% on solid demand backdrop fueled by U.S. President Joe Biden administration's $1 trillion infrastructure deal. "It would be a huge win," Waldrum told reporters on Sunday, a day ahead of Nigeria's last-16 match with the Lionesses. Nigeria are playing in their ninth World Cup, their top finish being a quarter-final appearance in 1999. "I have watched, just like you all have, this World Cup unfold and seen some of the story lines that are out there, with teams that are successful," Waldrum, an American, said. Nigerian striker Desire Oparanozie could make her first World Cup appearance on Monday after picking up an injury in training. Waldrum said Oparanozie's status is undetermined, but "the good thing is she's now available."

“We’re going to have more rhythm; we’re going to have more confidence.”Joy has been in short supply the last two weeks. The U.S. team came into the World Cup as the favorite to win it, but it is far from living up to its potential. In many ways, it has been the worst showing of the United States ever at this tournament. In this edition of the World Cup, the United States has looked anything but invincible. The teams have met six times at the World Cup, and in every edition since 2007.

CNN —Novak Djokovic had a brief stint as a groundsman during his first-round match at Wimbledon on Monday, using his towel to dry the grass on Centre Court. When the match resumed, Djokovic triumphed 6-3 6-3 7-6 (7-4) against the Argentine to kick off his pursuit of a fifth straight Wimbledon title. “It was definitely frustrating, of course, for the crowd waiting for us to come out on the court,” said Djokovic. After five, 10 minutes, we were out and about.”Unperturbed by the delay, Djokovic breezed through his first-round encounter against Cachín in a playing time of two hours and 12 minutes. His bid to capture a third grand slam title this year will continue on Wednesday against Australia’s Jordan Thompson, who came from two sets down to defeat American Brandon Nakashima 2-6 2-6 6-4 7-6 (7-4) 6-3.

Rublev is one of 17 Russian and Belarusian players in the men's and women's singles draws after they were banned in 2022 following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Wimbledon was the only one of the four Grand Slam tournaments to ban Russian and Belarusian players last year -- a decision that resulted in ranking points being taken away from the event by both the ATP and WTA Tours. As part of their return, players from two nations are playing as neutrals and must sign a "waiver" pledging not to support Russian President Vladimir Putin's regime. Players are not allowed to receive state funding or have sponsorship from Russian or Belarusian companies. He looked comfortable on the grass as he proved a class above 64th-ranked Purcell to reach the second round.

US banks gird for dose of post-stress-test trauma

NEW YORK, June 29 (Reuters Breakingviews) - For the biggest U.S. banks, the nerves this year come after the exam. Fed stress tests subject banks to a theoretical market shock and incorporate elements of operational risk, and then spit out a “stress capital buffer” requirement tailored to each firm. The risk for banks is that new rules get piled on top of existing regulations in a process known as gold-plating. U.S. banks are awaiting a proposal from their regulators to revamp capital rules, expected in July. Gruenberg said regulators were considering expanding the reach of a stricter set of capital rules to include banks with over $100 billion in assets.

[1/5] Tennis - French Open - Roland Garros, Paris, France - June 5, 2023 Tunisia's Ons Jabeur in action during her fourth round match against Bernarda Pera of the U.S. REUTERS/Benoit TessierPARIS, June 5 (Reuters) - Ons Jabeur was a woman in a hurry at the French Open on Monday, as the seventh seed eased into the Roland Garros quarter-finals for the first time with a 6-3 6-1 win over American Bernarda Pera in bright sunshine. Jabeur's season has steadily gathered steam in Paris after the Tunisian world number seven had minor knee surgery earlier in the year and skipped the Madrid Open due to a calf problem following her run to the Charleston crown. Pera beat Jabeur in their last meeting on the hardcourts of Guangzhou in 2019 but the left-hander struggled to cope with her tricky opponent's clay prowess and did not help her own cause with errors in her maiden last 16 appearance in a Grand Slam. Jabeur tightened her grip on the contest by blending power, precision and guile in the next set to close out the victory in just over an hour. The twice Roland Garros champion breezed through the first two sets before encountering resistance from the 24-year-old American whose lack of experience then showed in the tiebreak on the world's biggest clay court. "It's always a pleasure to come back here, one of the best tournaments in the world," said Djokovic, who made his Roland Garros debut in 2005. Rodrygo double eases Real Madrid into semi-finals

Real looked capable of killing the tie whenever they moved forward and Rodrygo, who scored a vital goal against Chelsea at the same stage last year, smashed a shot against the post. Home keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga then beat away a Vinicius Junior effort before Real's master craftsman Luka Modric forced another save from Arrizabalaga. "It was a second yellow card, which means a red, which means 30 minutes with us a man up," Lampard said. Real then switched gears and Rodrygo skipped past Chalobah's wild slide on the right and his cross was eventually played back to him by fellow Brazilian Vinicius Jr to calmly slot home.
