Read previewI live a couple of minutes from Disney World and visit the parks about four times a week. I've dined at about 60% of the restaurants at Disney World (both table service and quick service), and there are hits and misses. I usually enjoy a plate of chicken Parmesan or spaghetti, but not from here. I'd recommend visiting Tutto Gusto or Tutto Italia at Epcot if you're wanting some high-quality Italian cuisine at Disney World. I can't express how delicious the food is at Boma — it's some of the best food I've had at Disney World.

CNN geolocated the video to be filmed from Xianqiao village in Guizhou province, neighboring the launch site province of Sichuan to the southeast. Other videos circulating on Chinese social media platforms analyzed by CNN showed multiple angles of the falling debris. A screengrab taken from video shows suspected Chinese rocket debris falling over Xianqiao village, Guizhou Province, China, following a launch. Before each launch, China’s civil aviation authority typically issues a notice to pilots, known as NOTAM, to warn them against the “temporary danger areas” where rocket debris are likely to be falling. In 2002, a boy in northern China was injured when fragments from a satellite launch fell on his village in Shaanxi province.

CNN —Johnny Wactor, an actor who formerly starred in “General Hospital,” caught people in the act of stealing the catalytic converter from his car Saturday. But, up to last year, catalytic converter thefts had been rising sharply, up by a factor of four, since 2020. A catalytic converter cleans a car’s exhaust, making the air safer to breathe for all of us. On its website, the US Environmental Protection Agency has called the catalytic converter “one of the great environmental inventions of all time.” But it’s not what the catalytic converter does that attracts desperate criminals. For the most part, the catalytic converters end up getting sold to recycling companies that strip out the materials to make new catalytic converters.

Chandan Khanna | Afp | Getty ImagesOrange juice prices have climbed to fresh all-time highs amid persistent supply constraints, pushing the industry into crisis mode and forcing some makers to consider alternative fruits. The benchmark frozen concentrated orange juice futures, traded on the Intercontinental Exchange in New York, closed at $4.77 per pound on Wednesday . Orange juice on display in a grocery store on Jan. 19, 2023, in Miami, Florida. "A lot of them will be changing the quantities of juice they are putting in their blends to drop the orange juice and increase other juices, such as pear juice, apple juice, grape juice, so they are less reliant on the orange juice," Campbell told CNBC via telephone. "It does seem like this [situation] is going to be here for the longer term," he added, noting that some players in the orange juice market had observed a large drop in demand year-over-year.

Columbia cited security concerns in canceling the large event, a school official told CNN, and instead is holding smaller ones. “Canceling the traditional commencement ceremony was one of the toughest calls in a year of many tough calls,” Shafik wrote in an op-ed in the Columbia Daily Spectator, noting her top priority has been the safety of students, faculty and staff. Fifty people were arrested, and police began the booking process onsite, university spokesperson Tom Vasich said in an email. Pro-Palestinian protesters had set up a campus encampment on April 29, when the university also called in local law enforcement. “This is not protest, this is pure hate.”The building’s takeover came a day after the UCB Divest Coalition agreed to end its campus encampment following discussions with university leadership.

How I think about Jim Simons' legacy, and a trade on one of the most successful retailers, Costco, follows. First, a contrarian view in Costco: Costco (COST) is one of the best performing retailers over the past year. Last week, Costco released their four-week retail sales results for the period between Monday, April 8th and Sunday, May 5th. There is only one thing I don't like about Costco, the price. The weak form suggests past market prices, which are generally observable, are fully reflected in stock prices.

There was one important distinction, the adult-film star suggested: sex with Trump would make a pretty bad porn movie. "Wow," the porn star responded, pausing briefly, then continuing. "Ms. Daniels," Necheles pursued. "I'm asking you if you know what you meant when you said 'flush the orange turd.' Trump denies having a sexual encounter with Daniels and has pleaded not guilty. It was expected that the cross would be even tougher today and, indeed, Necheles furiously attacked Daniels from the get-go. In the most pointed back-and-forth of the day, Necheles attacked Daniels’ recollection of the circumstances surrounding her alleged sexual encounter with Trump in 2006. It also reinforced Daniels’ Tuesday testimony that she felt a power imbalance with Trump at the time of the encounter. I interviewed him on these identical facts for the first Trump impeachment and I expect he, like Daniels, will exceed expectations.

Eight U.S. newspaper publishers filed suit against Microsoft and OpenAI in a New York federal court on Tuesday, claiming the technology companies reuse their articles without permission in generative artificial intelligence products and incorrectly attribute inaccurate information to them. The group of eight newspaper publishers takes issue with ChatGPT and Microsoft's Copilot assistant — available in the Windows operating system, the Bing search engine, and other products the software maker produces. The legal challenge comes four months after The New York Times sued OpenAI over copyright infringement in the ChatGPT chatbot that the startup released in late 2022. The New York Times case also touched on the matter of OpenAI models regurgitating information from its articles. Correction: This article has been updated to reflect the correct day the lawsuit against Microsoft and OpenAI was filed.

The Federal Trade Commission on Tuesday said it is challenging hundreds of alleged "junk" patents held by pharmaceutical companies for 20 brand-name drugs, including Novo Nordisk's blockbuster drugs Ozempic, Saxenda and Victoza. The FTC issued letters to 10 companies, warning them that certain drug patents were improperly listed. Many of the drug patents are for Type 2 diabetes, along with asthma and inhalers for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD. Generic drugmakers can only launch cheaper versions of a branded drug if the patents have expired or are successfully challenged in court. The FTC first challenged dozens of branded drug patents last fall, leading three drugmakers to comply and delist their patents with the FDA.

Eight daily newspapers owned by Alden Global Capital sued OpenAI and Microsoft on Tuesday, accusing the tech companies of illegally using news articles to power their A.I. All are owned by MediaNews Group or Tribune Publishing, subsidiaries of Alden, the country’s second-largest newspaper operator. In the complaint, the publications accuse OpenAI and Microsoft of using millions of copyrighted articles without permission to train and feed their generative A.I. products, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot. This, it said, reduced the need for readers to pay subscriptions to support local newspapers and deprived the publishers of revenue both from subscriptions and from licensing their content elsewhere.

Flying business class wasn't "worth the extra cost" to Elizabeth and her boyfriend, she said, because they would rather spend that money on the actual vacation. 'America's greatest gift to Israel'

As the country's founder and first prime minister, David Ben-Gurion, once declared, "America's greatest gift to Israel was Al Schwimmer." Joining the Haganah, Schwimmer discovered, wasn't as easy as just strolling through the door. "He felt he had to do his part in creating a Jewish state, so this could never happen again," Schwimmer recalled. CNN —Running to the tail of Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner is an umbilical cord carrying a rapid play-by-play of virtually every flight feature. The 787 Dreamliner — one of Boeing’s more recently developed aircraft — feeds data into the flight data recorder through a system called the Common Data Network, which some compare to the human body’s central nervous system. The Federal Aviation Administration used this data after ungrounding Boeing’s 737 Max in late 2020 to track every Max flight. Some aircraft also carry a Quick Access Recorder (QAR) that is not hardened like the FDR but tracks the same data. When US Air flight 427 crashed three years later near Pittsburgh, the FDR recorded 11 parameters.

Some Tesla Cybertruck owners noticed their new stainless steel vehicles have small rust specks. A few months after deliveries began, some members of a Cybertruck-owners forum started complaining about rust spots on the vehicle. After all, the Cybertruck is the first stainless steel vehicle to be produced since DMC made the stainless steel DeLorean and later halted production in 1982. The extra upkeep isn't entirely unexpected for experienced Tesla owners, many of whom have taken on the role of early adopters. If Tesla hits Musk's ambitious production targets for the Cybertruck, Tesla is likely to face less forgiving buyers, automotive analyst Ivan Drury told BI.
