Seoul, South Korea CNN —North Korea claims it is sending 250 new tactical ballistic missile launchers toward its border with South Korea, in the latest bellicose declaration by leader Kim Jong Un against its neighbor. Photographs published by the North Korean state newspaper Rodong Sinmun showed what appears to be vehicle-based missile launchers, with dozens of large green military trucks lined up in neat rows before Kim. Kim personally oversaw the transfer of equipment to military commanders and chiefs of staff, and delivered a speech claiming the new missile launchers were built with North Korean technology, state media reported. BYD launched the BYD Seal in Europe at the IAA auto show in Munich, Germany. BEIJING — Uber and BYD announced Wednesday that drivers on the ride-hailing platform can get pricing and financing deals for the Chinese company's electric cars, starting in Europe and Latin America. Bloom Energy is an up-and-coming artificial intelligence play, according to Morgan Stanley. Analyst Andrew Percoco reiterated his overweight rating on San Jose-based Bloom Energy after it announced a strategic partnership on Tuesday with Nvidia-backed GPU cloud provider CoreWeave. Under the agreement, Bloom Energy will deploy its solid oxide fuel cells to generate power for CoreWeave's data center in Illinois. The analyst's $22 price target implies shares of Bloom Energy can jump nearly 44% from its latest closing price. Bloom Energy and e-commerce giant Amazon last week entered into an agreement with Silicon Valley Power to deploy 20 megawatts of fuel cells for an Amazon data center, Percoco noted.
