But Army pilots have an additional obligation of six years in uniform after they complete flight school. But no matter what occurred in the past, the officer told CNN that dozens of aviators are prepared to pursue legal action in court if the Army doesn’t resolve the issue.

On Tuesday, the state of Ohio sued Norfolk Southern over the derailment that released over a million gallons of hazardous materials and pollutants.

The threats still rattle her, but she's more worried that teens and kids are losing access to books.
