As Dodgers outfielder Mookie Betts attempted to catch a foul ball in the first inning of Game 4 of the World Series on Tuesday, two Yankees fans tried to rip the ball out of his glove. The bizarre 'only-in-New York' moment took place in the bottom of the first when Gleyber Torres led off the inning with a pop fly to right field. EY had been hired to audit Super Micro for the first time for the 2024 fiscal year, the company said. Super Micro makes computers that companies use as servers for websites, data storage and other applications, including AI algorithms. Shares of Super Micro, which joined the S&P 500 in March, surged 246% in 2023. EY's concerns were raised prior to a short-seller report that took aim at Super Micro's financial controls and accounting practices. The company hired law firm Cooley and a forensic accounting firm to review Super Micro's internal controls.

Houston traded a second-round and fifth-round pick to the Buffalo Bills in exchange for Diggs and a sixth-rounder in April. And he responded by outdueling Ravens quarterback and MVP candidate Lamar Jackson, who had led his team to five straight wins before Sunday. Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has cleared the NFL’s five-step concussion protocol and will start Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, the team announced Friday. Tagovailoa has not played since Week 2 after he suffered a concussion in a Thursday night game against the Buffalo Bills. Sunday’s game against the Cardinals will mark 45 days since Tagovailoa sustained the concussion, at least the third of his professional career. In his two appearances this season, Tagovailoa completed 40 of 62 passes for 483 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions. Detroit Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson was carted off the field during the third quarter of the Lions’ matchup with the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Hutchinson left the field after sacking Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott on a second-down play.
