Exactly how much Social Security beneficiaries pay in taxes is based on their "combined income," which includes adjusted gross income, nontaxable interest and half of their Social Security benefits. London CNN —The head of one of the world’s biggest hedge funds says artificial intelligence systems are unlikely to replace traders anytime soon. London-based Man Group, whose assets under management hit an all-time high of $178.2 billion during the first six months of the year, makes its money by charging investors management and performance fees. “I don’t think of AI as making investment decisions anytime soon,” Grew said. In the interview with CNN, Grew said the era of rock-bottom interest rates that broadly defined the decade following the 2008 financial crisis had made way for a period of “volatility and dispersion” ushered in by the rise in inflation after the pandemic. In other words, traders navigating a volatile market can expect to make a greater range of — and possibly bigger — returns across various assets than during more stable times.

Biden became the first Democrat to win Georgia since 1992, when he defeated Trump by less than 12,000 votes. A Washington Post/ABC News/Ipsos poll released this week found 47% of Black voters said Biden should continue his campaign, compared to 49% who said he should cede the nomination to someone else. A recent Pew Research Center survey found that among Biden supporters, 58% of Black supporters said both Biden and Trump ought to be replaced, compared with 84% of Asian supporters, 74% of White supporters and 67% of Hispanic supporters. Tesla's shareholder meeting is on June 13. Tesla's board is seeking shareholder approval to reinstate Musk's pay after a Delaware court voided the package earlier this year. The proxy advisor recommended support for some shareholder proposals that Tesla management opposes, including one that would declassify Tesla's board.
