Caucuses will be held in-person at more than 1,500 locations across the state, from 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Eastern time.
In 2016, the first caucus results were reported before midnight Eastern, and all results were in by 6:00 a.m. Eastern.
In addition to Thursday’s Republican caucuses, a state-run presidential primary was held on Tuesday.
Voters could participate in both the primary and the caucus; however, candidates had to choose which to compete in, and only the results of the caucus will determine which candidates receive delegates.
Voters needed to have registered as Republicans in Nevada by Jan. 9 in order to participate in a caucus.
