According to Forbes’ list, which was released on Thursday, Ronaldo earned $260 million over the last 12 months, $200 million from his club contract with Al-Nassr and $60 million in off-field earnings. CNN —One rescued crew member has died and seven others are still missing after two Japanese military helicopters appeared to have crashed during a drill late Saturday, Japan’s Defense Minister Minoru Kihara said. “It is very unfortunate that this situation has come to this point,” Kihara told reporters on Sunday. Widely considered to have blazed a trail for other foreign sumo wrestlers, the 54-year-old died of heart failure at a hospital in Japan. CNN —Tiger Woods shot a one-over-par 72 on his return to competitive PGA Tour action on Thursday at the Genesis Invitational, but finished his round with a huge shank to blot his outing. However, Woods admitted afterwards that he was dealing with back spasms for the final three holes of his round, something which helped to contribute to the shank on the 18th hole. Woods hits from a bunker on the 10th hole during the first round of the Genesis Invitational. Woods is chasing his first PGA Tour win since his record-equaling 82nd triumph at the Zozo Championship in October 2019. Woods has said he is aiming to play in one tournament a month this year.

Johnson opened with a birdie on the par-5 first, then dropped back with bogeys on Nos. 13, 15 and 17 — holing a 12-footer on the par-4 17th — and made the par save on the par-4 18th for the victory, hitting to 12 feet from the rough and two-putting.
