"Territory" is a new Netflix drama series about the fight for a cattle station in Australia. Here's everything we know about a potential season 2. Netflix's answer to "Yellowstone" has arrived in the form of a new drama series with sweeping views of Australia and a family's fight to preserve their legacy. With comparisons to successful shows like "Yellowstone" and "Succession," and a solid debut on Netflix, "Territory" could have longevity on the streamer. The finale ends with Colin giving Graham and Emily the keys to the house, alluding to them becoming the new successors — meaning there's plenty more to explore in a potential season two.

SYDNEY, Australia — A court in Australia upheld an order on Friday for Elon Musk’s X to pay a fine of 610,500 Australian dollars ($418,000) for failing to cooperate with a regulator’s request for information about anti-child-abuse practices. X did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Friday. This is not the first conflict between Musk and the Australian internet safety regulator. The eSafety Commissioner earlier this year ordered X to remove posts showing a bishop in Australia being stabbed during a sermon. X challenged the order in court on the grounds that a regulator in one country should not decide what internet users viewed around the world, and ultimately kept the posts up after the Australian regulator withdrew its case.

By completing cycling’s “Triple Crown” – as this trio of victories is known – Pogačar joins an exclusive club comprised of just Eddy Merckx, Stephen Roche and Annemiek van Vleuten. This season has confirmed the Slovenian’s status as a generational talent since, unusually for a cyclist, he can win races of almost any length and on different terrains. That includes one-day races like the world championships, which require an explosiveness normally sacrificed by Tour de France contenders in favor of the endurance needed to win a three-week stage race. “After many years fighting for the Tour de France and other races I never had the world championship as a clear goal, but this year everything went smoothly already,” Pogačar said afterward. Australia's inflation rate has come within the RBA's target range in the month of August, easing from 3.5% in July to 2.7%., according to a Wednesday release from the country's Bureau of Statistics. The drop puts the rate below the Reserve Bank of Australia's target range of 2%-3% for the first time since August 2021. He said that while the relief programs will bring headline inflation to the top of the RBA's target range, the RBA will be "looking through" these subsidies and focusing on core inflation. He writes, "the path of core inflation back to the target range has stalled somewhat, and it is hard to see a major improvement in the near term. We think the bank will need to see three more inflation prints before they are comfortable embarking on an easing cycle."
