Un grup de deputaţi români din Parlamentul European a propus, astăzi, reprezentanţelor statelor membre ale Uniunii Europene la Bruxelles o acţiune europeană coordonată, împreună cu primarii din toate capitalele din UE, prin care toate străzile pe care se află ambasadele Republicii Belarus să fie redenumite, simbolic, “Roman Protasevici”. Acţiunea are la bază propunerea profesorului Andrei Oişteanu preluată de primarul Sectorului 1 din Bucureşti, Clotilde Armand, care a făcut deja demersuri către Primăria Capitalei şi Consiliul General al Municipiului Bucureşti, scrie tvrmoldova.md “Deşi apreciem concluziile Summit-ului Consiliului European din 24 mai 2021, referitor la măsurile care trebuie luate împotriva funcţionarilor şi companiilor care susţin Regimul Lukaşenko, credem că acestea pot fi completate şi de acţiuni simbolice. Dorim să vă atragem atenţia asupra acţiunilor doamnei Clotilde Armand, primarul Sectorului 1 al Bucureştiului, sector în care se află sediul Ambasadei Republicii Belarus în România. Astăzi, doamna Armand a anunţat că, în urma apelurilor din partea societăţii civile, va propune o modificare a numelui străzii, redenumind-o «Roman Protasevici». Prin urmare, dorim să vă propunem o acţiune europeană coordonată împreună cu primarii din toate capitalele statelor membre ale UE prin care să redenumim simbolic străzile pe care se află ambasadele Republicii Belarus în «Roman Protasevici».
