Social media posts have claimed without evidence that leaders of the World Economic Forum (WEF) have said “God is dead” and that they will turn humans into gods. In the video, a woman claims Klaus Schwab, leader of the WEF, said “God is dead” and that “WEF leaders have acquired divine powers to rule over humanity” (here), (here). We are really acquiring divine powers of creation and destruction. A Google search for “Klaus Schwab” and “God is dead” did not result in any reports from credible news sources of similar statements by Schwab. The WEF did not state that “God is dead” or that the organization would turn humans into gods.
Social media users are sharing images of world leaders wearing traditional Cambodian clothing for a Nov. 2022 East Asia Summit gala dinner. What other gathering of world leaders has had weird uniforms for them all to wear? False claims that Biden was wearing "Mao clothing" have been addressed by the Associated Press (here). World leaders were not wearing similar shirts to the 2022 East Asia Summit gala dinner as part of a new uniform, nor to imitate former Chinese leader Mao. They were dressed in traditional clothing of the host nation, Cambodia, as often happens at international gatherings.
Social media users are sharing a tweet about new UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak from an account that parodies the World Economic Forum (WEF), which says: “We always get our man in the end.”The post (here) has been shared more than 7,800 times. Replies suggest people believe it was tweeted by the verified WEF account (found at twitter.com/wef), with two users posting separate images about the WEF’s chief executive Klaus Schwab allegedly controlling Sunak (here and here). Screenshots of the tweet have been uploaded to Facebook (here, here and here), where together the posts have been shared dozens of times. The tweet was originally uploaded by an account called World Ecommunist Forum (twitter.com/EcommunistForum), which says it is: “The international organization for public-private-parody cooperation”. The tweet was posted by a Twitter account that parodies the WEF.

"Alex Jones is likely to continue being Alex Jones, which means he's likely to try all kinds of shenanigans to avoid accountability," said Holt. "The money awarded in damages does not repair what Alex Jones has done to those parents' lives, but it could be a step towards dismantling the toxic empire that Alex Jones has built around his brand."
