Since then, Russian forces have bombarded Ukrainian ports — including Odesa and Izmail — in what Ukrainian officials said were strikes specifically targeting the country’s ability to ship grain. It also put Moscow on notice that six Russian Black Sea ports and the approaches to them would be considered areas of “war risk” until further notice.

CNN —A Russian warship fired warning shots and boarded a cargo ship it claims was headed to Ukraine in the Black Sea on Sunday, according to Russia’s Defense Ministry. Russia said the warship fired warning shots when the captain of the Palau-flagged dry cargo ship failed to respond to a request to stop for an inspection. “The Russian warship opened warning fire from automatic small arms fire to forcefully stop the vessel,” the statement said. Marine traffic websites currently shows the cargo vessel’s destination as the Romanian port of Sulina which is close to Izmail. “Following radio conversations, the ship stopped its course and the boarding team landed on the bulk cargo ship,” the statement said.

Some of Ukraine's western neighbours have restricted imports of Ukrainian grain under pressure from their farmers, who said they were suffering from the added competition. Ukraine expects to harvest 44 million tons of grain this year, down from a record 86 million-ton harvest in 2021. Both Marchuk and Huizinga believe grain shipments should continue through the Black Sea even without Russia's participation in the deal.

Ukraine said on Wednesday it was establishing a temporary shipping route via Romania, one of the neighbouring Black Sea countries. Russia's Defence Ministry said flag states of ships travelling to Ukrainian ports would be considered parties to the conflict on the Ukrainian side from midnight Moscow time (2100 GMT on Wednesday). U.S. officials have information indicating Russia laid additional sea mines in the approaches to Ukrainian ports, said White House National Security Council spokesperson Adam Hodge. "We believe that this is a coordinated effort to justify any attacks against civilian ships in the Black Sea and lay blame on Ukraine for these attacks," he said. Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Western countries of "perverting" the U.N.-backed deal formally called the Black Sea Grain Initiative.

Calea Ferată a Republicii Moldova rămâne a fi vulnerabilă și se află în atenția autorităților. De aceea, Agenția Proprietăți Publice (APP) sugerează posibilitatea de majorare a tarifelor pentru călătoriile cu trenul. Din activitatea de transportul de călători CFM în anul 2020 a suportat pierderi în sumă de circa 115 milioane de lei. Volumul transporturilor de mărfuri realizat în anul 2020 a constituit 602 milioane de tone-kilometri față de 920 milioane de tone-kilometri în anul 2019. Diminuarea a fost de 34,6 %, inclusiv la export – 40,9 % și în tranzit – 71,8 %.

Supravegherea tehnică şi constructor a fost inginerul Izmail Lalevici, care după finisarea construcţiei în acelaşi an, a instalat o tăbliţă informativă, amplasată în partea dreaptă a casei. Se presupune că el a fost şi autorul proiectului. În 1917 această casă împreună cu o atenansă a fost cumpărată de negustorul din Petrograd Moisei Kligman. A fost construită în anii 30 ai secolului al XX-lea, arhitect, probabil, N. Mertz, casa fiind similară imobilelor de la adresele Columna, nr. Faţada casei a fost inclusă în componenţa unui bloc al liceului „Prometeu”.

La multe capitole suntem în urma capitalelor din alte ţări europene - cum ar fi staţiile de aşteptare a transportului public. Marea lor majoritatea arată de parcă ar fi trecut prin război: ruginite, deteriorate, cu geamurile sparte, fără acoperiş sau cu bucăţi desprinse şi cu scaune rupte pe care ţi-e teamă să te aşezi. O altă staţie lăsată de izbeliște am găsit pe strada Vissarion Belinski din sectorul Buiucani al Capitalei. Dintre cele peste 880 de staţii din Capitală, anul acesta au fost reparate 120. Am vrut să vorbim cu viceprimarul Victor Chironda, să ne spună care este situaţia staţiilor de aşteptare din Chişinău.
