A federal judge on Tuesday ordered prosecutors to get rid of copies of 19 pages of notes taken from Sean "Diddy" Combs' jail cell after his lawyers argued the seizure violated attorney-client privilege. LONDON — Burglars broke into the grounds of Britain's royal Windsor Castle in October and stole two vehicles, it has emerged. The estate is the primary residence of Prince William, Princess Kate and their family. William, Kate and their three children live at nearby Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, a few miles from where the incident took place. King Charles III and Queen Camilla's primary residence is Clarence House in London, close to the monarch's official residence of Buckingham Palace. On Christmas Day in 2021, a man armed with a crossbow climbed a fence at Windsor Castle, and claimed he wanted to kill Queen Elizabeth II who was staying at the castle at the time.

CNN —A 43-year-old father was shot and killed in his home by a Las Vegas police officer last week, authorities said, after he called 911 for help. Early in the morning of November 12, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police received multiple calls about a shooting on Wine River Drive. CNN has reached out to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police for more information about any prior incidents at Durham’s home. Durham’s shooting remains under investigation by the police department’s critical incident review team. Bookman is on administrative leave pending the results of the internal investigation, CNN affiliate KTNV reported.

CNN —Nearly a hundred aid trucks were looted in southern Gaza on Saturday in what UNRWA, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, has described as “one of the worst” incidents of its kind. Of the 109 trucks carrying food supplies for UNRWA and the World Food Programme from the Kerem Shalom crossing into Gaza, 97 trucks were “lost” in the looting, UNRWA told CNN in a statement Monday. Drivers were forced to unload trucks at gun point, aid workers were injured, and vehicles were damaged extensively, it said. In a report Monday that cited Gaza’s interior ministry, the Hamas-run Al-Aqsa TV channel claimed Gaza security forces had killed more than 20 people involved in looting aid trucks, though it did not specifically mention Saturday’s incident. Israel insists however that the number of aid trucks entering Gaza has risen and that it is “working tirelessly” to get aid into the enclave.
