Lori Harvey was complimented for her ability to marry grunge and feminine elements in her looks. "But when you have rich, famous people's closets to raid, you're going to have better options than if not," fashion stylist Payton Dale told Business Insider. Though the lines of who counts as a nepo baby remain up for debate — nepo babies, short for nepotism babies, are usually thought of as successful individuals who benefit from their parents' or other relative's success in the same or similar industries — BI reached out to Dale, as well as fashion stylists Maiya Simone and Turner Allen, to learn which nepo babies have the best style.

The airline announced a “first-of-its-kind partnership” with Shake Shack to serve the chain’s cheeseburgers in first class on long-distance domestic flights beginning December 1 on flights out of Delta’s hub in Boston and expanding to other cities throughout 2025. For example, Alaska Airlines created a hot coffee that tastes better in the skies, while United Airlines added cold brew coffee from Illy. Delta has served a generic cheeseburger in first class over the past few years to mostly positive reviews online. And it’s not the first airline to partner with a burger chain — United Airlines once served McDonald’s Happy Meals in the 1990s. The partnership between Delta and Shake Shack marks an expansion of the airline’s relationship with celebrated chef Danny Meyer, who founded the burger brand in 2004.

Cher seems to forget about her high-tech closet throughout the film. Cher's closet can pick out outfits for her. Paramount PicturesCher's massive wardrobe and fantastic outfits have become iconic, and most "Clueless" fans probably dreamt of owning the computer program Cher uses to put together her famous yellow plaid outfit at the beginning of the film. The program allows her to click between tops and bottoms that she owns to see what the combination will look like, and it can even tell her if the outfit will match or clash. Although she has this useful application and struggles to pick outfits throughout the film, Cher never uses this high-tech closet's program again.

Under a 25% tariff on goods from China, the Wall Street investment bank sees an EPS loss for Apple of 9.2%. Those estimates make Apple the fifth most vulnerable tech company to potential tariffs on goods from China in Morgan Stanley's research coverage. Bank of America analyst Wamsi Mohan agrees, seeing any tariff impact as "manageable." He sees a 60% tariff on Chinese goods possibly resulting in about a 4% hit to Apple's EPS. By contrast, Dell – which he noted looks positioned to be "most vulnerable" to tariffs – could see an EPS impact of up to about 90%, according to his model.

TOKYO — An American tourist has been arrested in Japan for allegedly carving letters into a pillar of a gate to a shrine in Tokyo. Hayes, a U.S. citizen, had “carved alphabet letters onto a pillar of a gate of a shrine” in the Shibuya ward of Tokyo on Tuesday, police said. The Japan Times reported that the letters were carved into a wooden pillar of a traditional entrance, known as a torii gate, at the Meiji Shrine. Torii gates are iconic structures that mark the boundary between the everyday and the sacred at Shinto shrines across Japan. KFC sues Church’s over ‘Original Recipe’
  + stars: | 2024-11-12 | by ( Ramishah Maruf | ) edition.cnn.com   time to read: +2 min
Last week, KFC accused Church’s Texas Chicken of violating its trademark rights when its fried chicken competitor began using the words “Original Recipe” in its advertising and promotions. KFC claimed in a lawsuit that beginning September 30, it noticed Church’s “abruptly” began using the phrase and ignored KFC’s October 24 letter objecting to the ads. In the disputed promotions, Church’s posted photos of its fried chicken deals with text above reading: “our original recipe is back.”The phrase, which KFC has been using for over half a century, “is likely to create confusion in the marketplace and dilute the ORIGINAL RECIPE® Mark,” the lawsuit, which was filed in US District Court in Texas, said. But when it comes to fried chicken, KFC also has to compete with Church’s Texas Chicken, Popeyes, Raising Cane’s, Zaxby’s and more. KFC’s “Original Recipe” trademark, which it says is a secret blend of 11 herbs and spices, has long been part of the company’s branding.
