Walmart on Monday confirmed that it's ending some of its diversity initiatives, removing some LGBTQ-related merchandise from its website and winding down a nonprofit that funded programs for minorities. Those companies include Tractor Supply , which said in June it was eliminating DEI roles and stopping sponsorship of Pride festivals. Among the changes, Walmart will no longer allow third-party sellers to sell some LGBTQ-themed items on Walmart's website, including items marketed to transgender youth like chest binders, company spokeswoman Molly Blakeman said. It's also moved away from using the term "diversity, equity and inclusion" or DEI in company documents, employee titles and employee resource groups. Walmart's DEI changes were first reported by Bloomberg News.

Mr. Soros’s fund earned more than $1 billion, along with credit (and infamy) for orchestrating one of Wall Street’s most audacious trades. When President-elect Donald J. London CNN —A painting by British artist George Stubbs is expected to sell for up to £2 million ($2.5 million) in London next week, as it comes to auction for the first time in more than 50 years. “The Spanish Pointer” is the artist’s earliest dog painting and is considered one of his most famous pieces of work, according to Sotheby’s. “The Spanish Pointer” also went on to become a popular painting, with Stubbs creating two versions of it and several copies being produced. The painting depicts a breed of the pointer dog, which was introduced to England from Spain in the early 18th century. “The Spanish Pointer” will be available to view in Sotheby’s exhibition of old master and 19th century paintings until early December.
