The new charges he faces in relation to the attack in the town of Southport, England, are in addition to three charges of murder, 10 charges of attempted murder and one charge of possession of a knife. “Searches of Axel Rudakubana’s home address resulted in an unknown substance being found – testing confirmed the substance was ricin,” Kennedy told reporters at a news conference. The attack on July 29 has not been declared a terrorist incident, the police chief said. The matter for which Axel Rudakubana has been charged with under the Terrorism Act does not require motive to be established.

Citi expects global oil demand to slow to 900,000 bpd in 2025 from 1 million bpd this year on an economic slowdown and as more electric vehicles hit the road. Threads has added a green dot that shows when you're online. Instead, it's a green dot that signals when you're online. The green dot is turned on by default, but you can turn it off completely, or enable it to be seen only by mutual followers. But do you need a green dot to indicate you're talking about the Mets game or whatever is on Bravo at that moment? I don't imagine the green dot will change the way I engage with people, but I like to lean into the creepiness.
