Olive Garden already offers delivery through its website and app, delivered by the restaurant’s employees. Even during the height of the pandemic, Olive Garden didn’t use the services, although the services benefited their competitors. The partnership likely alleviated some of the pain of a dismal quarter for Olive Garden, which reported a 2.9% drop in same-store sales for the quarter. Olive Garden doesn’t offer many discounts, like its competitors do.

"This market is not experiencing a smallcap rally, it's experiencing a rally in everything else but the tech titans. Cramer suggested the market isn't being led solely by a few smaller-cap companies that are performing well. Instead, he said, large institutions may be buying poor quality small stocks "as part of a larger basket" with indexes like the Russell 2000 or the S&P Small Cap 600.
