The record share this year signals more Americans are turning to freelance work amid continued employer struggles to find workers. Declarație publică privind degradarea procesului legislativ și actului de guvernare în Republica Moldova21 decembrie 2020Platforma Națională a Societății Civile din cadrul Parteneriatului Estic condamnă degradarea fără precedent a calității actului de guvernare ca urmare a nerespectării procedurilor legale de promovare a proiectelor de legi comise de către majoritatea parlamentară, formată din Partidul Socialiștilor din Republica Moldova, Partidul Șor și grupul „pentru Moldova”. Aprobarea Politicii fiscale și vamale și a Legii bugetului pentru anul 2021 de către ParlamentCea mai importantă decizie anuală a Parlamentului - aprobarea politicii fiscale/vamale (Legea nr. 476 din 01.12.2020) și a Legii bugetului de stat - a avut loc în acest an fără respectarea cerințelor legale minime de transparență, în lipsa consultărilor și cu includerea prevederilor care promovează interese politice înguste. Problema plafonării taxelor locale, rămâne o temă controversată, în lipsa unui dialog veritabil și a unei platforme care să analizeze limitările pe care aceste plafoane le pune pentru primării, dar și a unei profunde neînțelegeri a ce înseamnă autonomia autorităților locale. De asemenea, acesta a fost votat cu încălcarea procedurilor legale (lipsa avizului Guvernului și a expertizei anticorupție) și a consultărilor publice.
