Measuring Office MisconductHow do you go about studying negative workplace behavior? Analyzing these dimensions separately allowed the researchers to develop a nuanced portrait of negative workplace behavior and its aftermath. When it comes to engaging in negative workplace behavior, everyone appears to be on equal footing. Since negative workplace behavior is relational, meting out punishment to individuals may not break the cycle. And because negative workplace behavior breeds further negative workplace behavior, the most important thing leaders can do is prevent people from becoming instigators in the first place.

LOS ANGELES, June 7 (Reuters) - A Hollywood actor who has appeared on such TV shows as "Arrested Development" and the cartoon hit "Bob's Burgers," was arrested on Wednesday for his role in the U.S. Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, that sought to keep Donald Trump in the White House. Ron DeSantis and Disney , Nike CEO John Donahoe said it's important for corporations to choose their battles, but fight for the values integral to their brands. In response, Donahoe said companies don't need to weigh in on every political kerfuffle but should be a loud voice when their brand's values are under attack. "I think Bob's doing a great job at this," Donahoe said of Disney CEO Bob Iger. "If it's core to who you are and your values, then no, you stand up for your values," he said. "In addition, our core consumer for the Nike brand, the Jordan Brand, the converse brand, are urban Black and brown communities — that's where sneaker culture started," Donahoe explained.
Nike CEO John Donahoe said Tuesday that Disney CEO Bob Iger is "doing a great job." "I think Bob's doing a great job at this," Donahoe said of Iger. Donahoe's remarks are the latest chapter in a yearlong feud that started in early 2022 when then-Disney CEO Bob Chapek objected to the DeSantis administration's "Don't Say Gay" bill. Iger, who returned as Disney CEO in November, has continued to battle with DeSantis. Disney and Nike have long supported each other and shared connective tissue.

Phillips in Association with Bacs & RussoThe winning buyer was acting on behalf of Rolex itself, sources told Bloomberg. Earlier this year, the Swiss brand quietly discontinued production of the Milgauss, known to many as Rolex's "mad scientist" watch for its magnetic interference-resistant design. Rolex introduced its certified pre-owned program to US customers on Wednesday. Starting this week, shoppers can buy pre-owned Rolex watches from an official Rolex reseller. "This new program, therefore, attests to the authenticity of these pre-owned Rolex watches at the time of resale by the Official Rolex Jewelers." Rolex first introduced its secondhand program to the world in December 2022, launching in countries including Switzerland, Germany, and France. Prior to the announcement, American watch collectors had to seek out resellers with authentication programs like Bob's Watches for pre-owned luxury watches.
My question is this: If you issue an alert like this — " Buy, Buy, Buy . One of our disciplines is to try to always ensure that the next buy is lower than the last buy. The idea that e-commerce will keep growing forever, and betting on it will lead to an almost inevitable rising tide, didn't survive the pandemic. Public flame-outs of entire categories of startups, like ultra-fast deliveries and Amazon seller aggregators, have further demonstrated the boom-and-bust nature of pandemic e-commerce investing. Apple's recent moves to give consumers more online privacy has had ripples through the e-commerce ecosystem, leading investors to take a beat. E-commerce logistics — fulfillment and last-mile delivery — said Sloane is fairly well-saturated at this point, he said. For many retailers, the pandemic offered a harsh lesson in how integrated their stores and their websites weren't, she said.
Just For You Cafe, the San Francisco joint that inspired "Bob's Burgers," has closed its doors. According to SFGate, the restaurant closed after rising inflation and mounting debt brought the establishment to its knees. In the mid-aughts, "Bob's Burgers" creator Loren Bouchard and writer Nora Smith wandered around San Francisco, searching for inspiration for the setting of their developing cartoon. In an interview with SFGate, Bouchard said he took photos all around San Francisco, but nothing quite matched Just For You. "I looked in the window and saw something big," he told SFGate last year.
The stabbing death of Cash App creator Bob Lee spurred fresh criticism of San Francisco crime. While critics call the progressive city "lawless" with "horrific" crime, violent offenses are down. Compared with cities of similar size, San Francisco has far fewer homicides per year. Michael Arrington, the founder of the industry blog TechCrunch, agreed, posting "I hate what San Francisco has become." Representatives for the San Francisco Police Department, as well as Ocko, Musk, Arrington, and Benedicto, did not immediately respond to Insider's requests for comment.
Since returning as Disney CEO, Bob Iger has vanquished foes and dumped many of predecessor Bob Chapek's hires. But it's a supercharged Bob Iger who is really taking command. "If I'm inside Bob's head coming back, after the downfall of Bob Chapek, this is all about taking no prisoners," said Will Schutte, a high-level executive coach. Disney World is scheduled to host a major conference on gay rights in September, according to the Miami Herald. Even if he wants to be the Bob Iger of old he can't be.
Rolex has quietly discontinued one of its professional watches, the magnetic field-resistant Milgauss. Bob's Watches CEO Paul Altieri told Insider he's holding off selling until prices find a new steady state. The original version was worn by the scientists at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, in Geneva, Rolex says. It even ranks near last place among the 16 Rolex models tracked on the site. Of course, Rolex could resurrect the Milgauss in a few years, but until it does, mad scientists will have to content themselves with a pre-owned model.

Airships were popular in naval combat and briefly considered for the delivery of nuclear weapons. In the 1950s, the military tried to nuclearize almost anything it could, a nuclear history expert said. The tests were a part of Operation Plumbbob's 24 above-ground nuclear tests from May to October 1957. "If we had already used blimps and airships effectively in World War II, then why wouldn't we consider putting nuclear weapons on them?" The US military eventually developed better aircraft and more effective ways of launching nuclear weapons, and the wild idea of using airships to drop nuclear weapons was lost to history.
One night, I said to Marianne, "What if we made a Netflix for the movie theater industry? I tried to push my subscription idea, but it fell flat. I continued to tread water on my subscription idea, but things were slow going. One Saturday, a dear friend of ours named Peter called and asked how the movie subscription idea was coming. They're interested in buying both the Urbanworld Film Festival and the movie subscription company for one million dollars.

Prices for luxury watches like Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Audemars Piguet skyrocketed in 2022. Demand for second-hand luxury watches will likely stay high next year, according to Chrono24 founder Tim Stracke. Around 14% of the platform's sales come from Rolex watches, and 80% of those are pre-owned. "The new programme makes it possible to purchase pre-owned watches that the brand itself has certified and guaranteed. Its aim is to bring added value to the existing supply of pre-owned Rolex watches.
