The reality of the American air travel system is that powerful forces keep passengers flying the same carriers, even after service meltdowns like Delta just suffered. For passengers who live near one of the hubs where Delta controls most of the flights, such as Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis or Salt Lake City, choices are even more limited. But by Monday, the problems were mostly limited to Delta as other businesses were back to normal, adding to the frustration of its passengers. CNN —Although morels are generally considered safe, the mushrooms were at the heart of a deadly illness outbreak in Montana last year. In the end, 51 people reported getting sick after eating there, and 45 of them reported eating the morels during March and April of last year. Most of the customers who got sick reported vomiting and serious/severe diarrhea. The CDC investigation determined that the morel mushrooms were cultivated and imported fresh from China. “A lot of mushrooms have various toxins that get broken down when they’re cooked, and that makes them safer.

Snowflake expects product revenue for the fourth quarter to be in the range of $716 million to $721 million, which is above analysts' average estimate of $700.3 million, according to data from LSEG. For the third quarter, the company's revenue rose 32% to $734.2 million, above estimates of $713.1 million. Product revenue, which is derived from the consumption of compute, storage, and data transfer resources, was above estimates at $698.5 million for the quarter ended Oct. 31. (AP) — Victims of government-backed Native American boarding schools are expected to share their experiences Sunday as U.S. officials make a final stop in Montana on their yearlong tour to confront the institutions that regularly abused students to assimilate them into white society. For over 150 years, Indigenous children were taken from their communities and forced into the boarding schools. A Native American boarding school school in the town of St. Ignatius on the Flathead Reservation was open until at least 1973. In southeastern Montana the Tongue River Boarding School operated under various names until at least 1970, when the Northern Cheyenne Tribe contracted it as a tribal school, according to government records. The National Native American Boarding School Healing Coalition has tallied an additional 113 schools not on the government list that were run by churches and with no evidence of federal support.

The adherents of the "Yes In My Backyard," or YIMBY, movement believe that America's housing crisis comes down to the fundamental tension between supply and demand. Today, nearly 75% of residentially-zoned land in the US is restricted to single-family housing — detached homes designed for one family.
