Santander's dividend policy consists of a remuneration target of around 40% of the group's underlying profit, split in equal parts in cash dividend payments and share buybacks. The law firm interviewed several people involved in the night out and concluded there had not been explicit pressure exerted on junior staff members, the source added. R. Moldova a fost condamnată din nou de Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului (CtEDO) într-un dosar pentru tratament inuman și degradant. La 27 aprilie 2021 Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului (în continuare „Curtea”) a pronunțat hotărârea în cauza Mîrca v. Republica Moldova și Rusia (cererea nr. 48787/99, §§ 311-319, CEDO 2004-VII), Catan și alții v. Republica Moldova și Rusia ([MC], nr. 4337/04, 8252/05 și 18454/06, §§ 103-107, CEDO 2012) și, mai recent, Mozer v. Republica Moldova și Rusia ([MC], nr. De asemenea, Curtea a hotărât că Federația Rusă a încălcat Articolele 5 § 1, 6 § 1, 8 și 13 în privința ambilor reclamanți.
