The U.S. and its allies are ready to supply Israel with more weapons and munitions without affecting shipments to Ukraine and their own readiness, said a senior Pentagon official.
“If Israel needs additional support as well, we’re ready,” Army acquisition chief Doug Bush said at an industry event on Monday, though no decision has been made on the type of support.
That could include small arms, sophisticated munitions and potentially two U.S. missile defense systems similar to Israel’s own Iron Dome platform.
