"The House Republican shift toward this MAGA extremism has been led and overtly approved by Speaker McCarthy himself," concludes the report. CAP Action's analysis identified six House members who have voted with Greene 97% of the time — more than any other House Republicans. It's true that McCarthy voted with Greene 96% of the time, but it's also true that Greene voted with McCarthy 96% of the time — as did most House Freedom Caucus members.
