A thrilling fourballs session was going the way of the Americans as they led in three matches deep into the back nine. But Viktor Hovland, Jon Rahm and veteran Justin Rose ensured Europe won it 2-1/2 to 1-1/2, with three matches that went all the way to the 18th. "That was my moment there on the 18th -- I've made us a lot of points but I haven't had many moments like that so that was immense," Rose, playing his sixth Ryder Cup, said. Hovland was majestic as he and Aberg, the first Ryder Cup player not to contest a major, proved too hot for Homa and Harman to handle in match two. Matt Fitzpatrick, playing with McIlroy, earned his first Ryder Cup point in stunning fashion with four birdies and an eagle in an early blitz that Morikawa and Schauffele never recovered from, losing 5&3.

Look a little closer and you see how long he's been with the telecom giant: 50 years and two months. Turner, who goes by Kip, has far outlasted most of us in how long he's stayed with the same company. Government figures from 2022 show that the median time US workers have been with their current employer is 4.1 years. And I think people may be afraid to do that — that they think you're unhappy. Actors used to get voice-over work in traditional ways, through their agent. I did a voice-over courseI found an online course in 2016 called Voiceover Kickstart. I had no idea my voice would attract a lot of corporate work, but it did. When I was getting consistent corporate work, I was able to build my brand in response to that, both on and off the platform. From that, I've been getting unexpected opportunities in types of work that I'd never thought I would be doing, such as audiobooks.

Renewed optimism about the economy calmed demand concerns while expectations of the largest oil production cuts since 2007 started to sap supply. PRETORIA, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Australia’s wicketkeeper-batsman Josh Inglis says he will have no problem wearing a neck protector on his helmet from next month despite not using them previously. Governing body Cricket Australia (CA) announced on Thursday that all their players will have to wear neck protectors on helmets when facing fast or medium pace bowling from October. Inglis said he would have to get used to a piece of equipment he had previously disliked. CA had recommended the use of neck protectors since the death of Phillip Hughes in 2014 but a number of top batsmen, including David Warner and Steve Smith, have resisted wearing them. CA's Head of Cricket Operations & Scheduling Peter Roach said in a statement earlier that protecting the head and neck was extremely important.

The widening gap between the value and the cost of college has started to shift Gen Z's attitude toward higher education. They're not as interested in the typical "college experience" — whiling away four years rooming with friends and drinking at frat parties.
