"President Trump is going to announce on Tuesday that he's running for president, and it's going to be a very professional, very buttoned-up announcement," Miller said on Bannon's podcast, the "War Room."
"I'll be advising him that he move his announcement until after the Georgia runoff," Miller told the Associated Press.
"There's only one person to blame for that and that's Donald Trump … The only animating factor in determining an endorsement is, 'Do you believe the 2020 election was stolen or don't you?'"
