Now, as the cofounder and CEO, I'm caring for patients and working to raise awareness of relevant mental health issues. 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.:Dinner time is family time — I block my work calendar to be fully present during these hours. The evening usually involves playing with the toddlers and caring for the baby, but by this point, I'm pretty exhausted.

Kyiv, Ukraine CNN —Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin arrived in Kyiv early Monday morning, as the future of US aid to Ukraine hangs in the balance of the imminent US presidential election and as Russia continues to make small but steady gains on the battlefield. “It’s been absolutely remarkable that Ukraine has been able to do what it’s done,” Austin told reporters. Ukraine has prevented Russian President Vladimir Putin from achieving “one single strategic objective” during the war, Austin said Sunday. China also continues to be a “critical enabler” of Russia’s war effort, the NATO official said. Ukraine has more sophisticated weaponry thanks to the West, which could give the country a strategic edge, the defense official said.

What's more, many pharmacies serve as a convenient destination for all sorts of essentials, from aspirin to mascara. Big chains like Walgreens and CVS make their money in two main ways: selling prescriptions in the back of their stores and selling everyday goods out front. As Walgreens and CVS stores have proliferated over the past decade or so, many of their locations are basically right on top of each other. On the other end of the business, pharmacies are expensive to run. In the current landscape of commoditized pharmacies, there's no such thing as personalized service.

Former President Donald Trump served up french fries Sunday at a Philadelphia-area McDonald’s, oversalting spuds and peppering in some jabs at Vice President Kamala Harris. Without evidence, Trump has accused Harris of lying about the experience as a way to improve her working-class credibility. “It was a big part of her resume that she worked at McDonald’s — how tough a job it was,” Trump said at the restaurant in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. “I wouldn’t mind this job,” Trump said. Former Marine Paul Whelan said he was devastated when a Biden administration official told him WNBA basketball star Brittney Griner was being released from Russian detention after nine months and he was not. The official told him that to free Griner, the U.S. had traded convicted Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s price for releasing the celebrity athlete. “It was a sham.”When he refused, Whelan said he was placed in a cell where the lights were left on around the clock. But now, as Trump lines up against DeSantis in a battle over a high-profile ballot initiative to legalize marijuana in Florida, the governor’s old ally, Jeff Roe, is working against him. The relationship, however, soured after DeSantis’ presidential ambitions went up in flames. In June, a Fox News survey found that 66% of Florida voters were for marijuana legalization while just 32% were against it — and that came before Trump said he would support the marijuana initiative. As Election Day approaches, the campaigns are putting significant time and attention toward courting Black men, seen as a crucial — and potentially movable — voting bloc in a tight presidential race. However, that number drops to 68% for Black men under 50, compared to 21% who support Trump. “It’s very important to not operate from the assumption that Black men are in anybody’s pocket,” she said during an interview with the National Association of Black Journalists in September. Former President Donald Trump called rival Kamala Harris a "s--- vice president" during a rally in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Saturday evening, punctuating his broader argument that she is too liberal in a more aggressive fashion and with fresh vulgarity. "And then, so you have to tell Kamala Harris that you’ve had enough, that you just can’t take it anymore. You’re a s--- vice president." Trump added the catchphrase from his bygone television show "The Apprentice" to cheers: "Kamala, you're fired," he said. The Harris campaign quickly pounced on the anecdote.

For the first time in 43 years, two of baseball’s bluebloods are squaring off in the World Series. Finally, it will happen with Aaron Judge and Shohei Ohtani making their respective World Series debuts against one another. The task in front of the New York Mets is simple to state and incredibly complex to execute: Beat the Los Angeles Dodgers twice. Through the first five games of the NLCS, Mets starters are getting a called strike or whiff on just 23.8 percent of pitches. It’s obvious the Mets need a solid start from Manaea to win Game 6; they’re not equipped to win a bullpen battle with Los Angeles’ rested relief corps. The Dodgers bullpen isn’t bulletproofOn the surface, the Dodgers going with a bullpen game on Sunday may put the matchup in the Mets’ favor, considering New York plans to start Manaea, its best pitcher. Or so his campaign said Saturday as the former president took the stage in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. “Arnold Palmer was all man, and I say that in all due respect to women, I love women. For more on the US Senate race in Michigan, watch CNN’s “Inside Politics Sunday with Manu Raju” this Sunday at 8 a.m. The former Republican congressman blamed then-President Donald Trump’s “chaotic leadership style” for costing his party two critical Senate seats in Georgia. Inflation is not deadDaly began her talk with an anecdote of a recent encounter she had while walking near her home. Red Bull's Max Verstappen wins U.S. Grand Prix sprint race

Red Bull Racing's Dutch driver Max Verstappen celebrates winning the United States Formula One Sprint at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, on October 19, 2024. He now trails Verstappen by 54 points with six grand prix and two sprint races left in the season. Verstappen has won the U.S. Grand Prix the last three years but has not started the race from pole position since 2021. The sprint victory should renew Red Bull's confidence it has improved a car that Verstappen has alternately called "undrivable" and "a monster" at time this season. The once-dominant Verstappen had not scored a victory of any kind since the Austrian Grand Prix sprint race back in June, and his last victory in a grand prix came a week earlier in Spain.

Donald Trump overcharged Secret Service agents protecting him and his family for rooms at his hotel in Washington while he was president, a new report from House Democrats alleges. The report points specifically to Nov. 28, 2017, when the Secret Service paid $600 apiece for several rooms for agents guarding Trump’s son Eric and his wife, Lara. On the same night, records show, more than 80 rooms were rented out at the Trump hotel at less than $600 a night. Craft booked rooms at the Trump hotel on 20 nights over the 11-month period, spending close to $30,000. But emails the committee obtained from the State Department show she insisted she stay at the Trump hotel.
