There, I learned the basics about cramps, the difference between pads and tampons, and the non-stop fun that awaited me with my changing body. Reading a list of symptoms — bleeding between periods, pelvic pain, longer periods — felt like reading a page of my journal for the last few years. Other perimenopausal symptoms might be approaching, but I'm no longer afraid to talk about them or seek answers when something feels off.

CNN —Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark has been crowned Miss Universe 2024, becoming the first Dane to ever win the competition. This year’s finale featured a performance by singer Robin Thicke and was hosted by “Saved by the Bell” star Mario Lopez and former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo. CNN —Katie Taylor’s controversial points decision victory over Amanda Serrano was met with boos at the AT&T Stadium on Friday as the Irish boxer retained her undisputed world light-welterweight champion status. Fighting as the co-main event ahead of the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight, Taylor and Serrano provided another classic encounter in their long-awaited rematch having last fought in 2022. Serrano (right) accused Taylor (left) of intentionally headbutting her throughout their fight. After the fight, Taylor said she didn’t “care” about the negativity she was receiving for the result, and insisted she “certainly wasn’t fighting dirty.”“I didn’t agree with the points deduction. Serrano was left with a big cut above her right eye after her fight with Taylor.
