The two sources said Reliance has now firmed up plans to launch the Reliance Jio IPO in 2025 as it internally believes it has achieved a stable business and revenue stream in becoming India's No. But the retail business IPO is not expected until after 2025 as the company first needs to address some internal business and operational challenges, said the first source. CNN —Ukraine’s army chief has warned that his forces are facing “one of the most powerful Russian offensives” since the start of the war as Russia claimed it captured more settlements on the eastern frontline. CNN —A lightning strike killed 14 people during a prayer service in a refugee camp in Uganda on Saturday, authorities in the east African country said. The strike, in northern Uganda’s Lamwo district, injured 34 others, police said in a Sunday statement. Lightning strikes are particularly common in Africa’s central belt, and have occasionally caused deadly incidents in Uganda. In 2020, the BBC reported that a strike in north-west Uganda killed ten children. And in 2011, another strike killed 18 children and their teacher, Reuters reported.

CNN —A 5.48 metre (18 ft) Australian crocodile that held the world record as the largest crocodile in captivity has died, a wildlife sanctuary said on Saturday. He was thought to be more than 110 years old. Cassius, weighing in at more than one ton, had been in declining health since October 15, Marineland Melanesia Crocodile Habitat said on Facebook. Cassius, a saltwater crocodile, held the Guinness World Records title as the world’s largest crocodile in captivity. He took the title after the 2013 death of Philippines crocodile Lolong, who measured 6.17 m (20 ft 3 in) long, according to Guinness.
