More than 150 rescuers from Turkey and other nations have been working to save him from the country's third deepest cave. Footage from the operation showed Dickey lying inside the cave and receiving treatment by a medical team. "This is a vertical cave with a lot of water," Agnes Berentes, a photographer with Dickey on the mission, told Reuters.

In a statement, Azerbaijan's foreign ministry called the ethnic Armenian leadership of Karabakh a "puppet separatist regime" and said the vote was illegal.

Companies Gazprom PAO FollowMOSCOW, Sept 8 (Reuters) - The price for the Russian pipeline gas for China is expected to be steadily declining in next few years, and is seen much lower than Moscow is selling to Europe, a Russian government document, seen by Reuters on Friday, shows. Oil exports from Russia are also seen declining next year, according to the forecast of Russia's socio-economic development forecast until 2026, while the price of Russian oil is seen rising in 2024. The price of Russian pipeline gas has not been made public by the government or the energy giant Gazprom (GAZP.MM) since the start of supplies in 2019, while analysts have long suspected that it was much lower than the one Russia sells at to Europe. Russian crude oil exports are also seen declining this year to 247 million tons (4.96 million barrels per day) from 248.2 million tons in 2022. It is expected to fall further to 240 million tons next year before recovering back to 247 million tons in 2025.

BEIRUT (AP) — Lebanese judicial authorities have questioned two people at the request of Turkey on suspicion of being involved in the 2019 escape of auto tycoon Carlos Ghosn from Japan to Lebanon via Istanbul, officials said Friday. Before he could stand trial, however, he escaped to Lebanon, via Turkey, apparently hidden in a box on a private plane. The pilot, officials said, denied that he got paid to help Ghosn escape to Beirut. A Tokyo court handed down prison terms in 2021 for Taylor and his son Peter after they were accused of helping Ghosn escape. Since he fled to Lebanon, Beirut has received three notices from Interpol based on arrest warrants for him from those countries.

"Hi, I'm Mark Dickey from nearly a thousands metres," Dickey said in the message, dressed in a red puffer jacket and using a headlamp. "As you can see, I'm up, I'm alert, I'm talking. But I'm not healed on the inside yet, so I'm going to need a lot of help to get out of here," he said.
