Penn's release of new ESPNBet features this fall during football season should meaningfully improve its product, Jonas said, and a focus on costs indicate the company's commitment to seeing its investment yield results. CNN —Thomas Matthew Crooks, the shooter in the failed assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump, wrote on the popular gaming platform Steam that “July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds,” a source familiar with the matter told CNN. The source did not elaborate on timing or whether there were other posts. Investigators have been trying to learn more about what Crooks was doing in the days and hours leading up to his attempt to assassinate the former president. Crooks also conducted searches online about major depression disorder, administration officials told Congress during briefings Wednesday. This story has been updated with additional details.

That's internet giant Tencent, which is known for its gaming business and runs WeChat, one of the world's largest messaging apps. Fourteen analysts raised their price targets for the stock and none lowered it in the past three weeks, according to a CNBC Pro screen using FactSet. CNBC Pro screened for stocks that had their price targets raised in that period by all analysts covering them. The market is only driven by a handful of massive tech stocks – and therefore, it's built on a weaker foundation than a market advancing on a broader swath of its constituents. Companies don't lose dominance or stock leadership because they were dominant the last time we had a bull market. We trimmed Nvidia, Meta Platforms, Palo Alto Networks , and five other tech stocks at the beginning of the year. Would the market suddenly become more investible if we broke up the Super Six into say 15 different companies and stocks? However, we don't think they are a reason to bail entirely on any of these names.
