On most Fridays, the Victoria & Albert Museum in London closes at 10 p.m. sharp. A cover of “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by the indie-pop singer Perfume Genius echoed through the sculpture hall, soundtracking their tender moment. The nocturnal scene was a scripted one from “Red, White & Royal Blue,” the film adaptation of the 2019 novel by Casey McQuiston. “It was just the three of us and our crew,” said López, who’s also the film’s co-writer. Neither is publicly out, and their secret love complicates things, especially for Henry.

"No one is coming for Nvidia on AI, period, any time soon," Stifel analyst Ruben Roy told CNBC in an interview Wednesday. The new version of Grace Hopper primarily delivers improvements in memory capacity and bandwidth compared with the first-generation product. In practice, improving the memory capacity and bandwidth of the Grace Hopper Superchip should help AI applications run more efficiently and smoothly. Volume production of the improved Grace Hopper Superchip is expected in the second quarter of 2024, according to Nvidia. Open-source software Nvidia's closed-source CUDA software platform – along with a library of pre-trained AI models — has helped establish the company's AI dominance.

Why tiny homes could be a big deal

It's easy to look at these tiny homes as undersized gimmicks, but there are real use cases. Others are leaning on tiny homes to house homeless veterans. Denver changed its zoning laws to make ADU construction easier, allowing two-story units in some parts of the city. Tiny homes won't fix that, but innovation in zoning and construction, taken with recent data pointing to a surge in residential construction, offer reasons for hope. CNN —Prince William has shocked unsuspecting members of the public at a food truck in London when he appeared as the server handing out veggie burgers. In a video uploaded to the channel on Sunday, the Sorted Food team were shown preparing the burgers using Earthshot items handed to them by Prince William, before heading out to serve them to diners from a food truck. When a member of the team asked the “chef” for four Earthshot burgers, Prince William turned around, revealing himself to gasping customers. The burger was made using environmental innovations from the 2022 winners of the Earthshot Prize. The Sorted Food team made the plant-based burgers using vegetables typical of what would be grown in Kheyti’s Greenhouse-in-a-box.

LONDON, July 30 (Reuters) - Britain's Prince William has served up a surprise to hungry members of the public when he dished out environmentally friendly burgers from a food truck in south London. In a video released on Sunday, the heir to the throne handed out "Earthshot Burgers" to highlight the work of last year's winners of his annual Earthshot Prize, which he set up to help develop solutions to major environmental problems. "Coming right up," the prince said as he served up the burgers to the stunned customers. The object for William, who had teamed up with the founders of YouTube channel Sorted Food which reviews kitchen gadgets and shares recipes, was to raise the profile and work of three previous Earthshot prize winners. He blames intrusive media for wrecking some of his personal relationships and causing the 1997 death of his mother Princess Diana. Overall, Fancourt said it was difficult to say whether Harry or NGN had won. "I do not find this is a case where it's possible to say one party is clearly the successful party," Fancourt told the court. Still near enough to peek through, though, was the Welsh coast, a handful of long tee shots across the estuary. The British Open, scheduled to conclude on Sunday, may never come closer to Wales. First played when Queen Victoria was on the throne, the Open is a national rite that has encompassed only so much of the nation: Unlike England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, Wales has not hosted it. With sites through 2026 already selected and Wales still left out, the drought will last at least as long as the first 154 Opens. By then, Northern Ireland, which did not welcome a modern Open until 2019, will have had another.

So, the duchy raised rents? Records show that the Duchy raised rents by 3 percent over the last fiscal year, which is just below the pace of private rental increases that have contributed to a cost-of-living crisis. Private rents are increasing at their fastest rate on record across the United Kingdom, though the official figures only go back to 2016. The Duchy said that “refurbishment and restoration” had led to “improved rental values.”Of course, Charles is not a typical landlord. Standards of living are falling as wages fail to keep pace with rising housing and food costs.

Of course, he did, because you do not have 23 Grand Slam titles in the bank by ducking a fight in moments of crisis. Young pretenders have repeatedly tried and failed to take Djokovic down at Wimbledon -- Matteo Berrettini in the 2021 final and Nick Kyrgios last year. That he did it with Djokovic still at the peak of his powers and halfway to a calendar-year Grand Slam, made it feel like a seismic moment in men's tennis. "I've won some epic finals that I was close to losing so it's fair and square," Djokovic, who saved match points when beating Roger Federer in 2019, told reporters. The bull-like Spaniard, playing only his second Grand Slam final compared to Djokovic's record 35, might have folded after being schooled by the master in a 34-minute opening set.

LONDON, July 15 (Reuters) - Carlos Alcaraz will have to kick Novak Djokovic off his Wimbledon throne in Sunday's final because he will not be given an inch, according to seven-time Grand Slam champion Mats Wilander. Alcaraz is already world number one and claimed last year's U.S. Open by beating Casper Ruud, but the challenge of Djokovic is "another universe", according to Wilander. "It's really important that Carlos Alcaraz beats Novak Djokovic in a Grand Slam final before (Djokovic's career) is over. "Of course Djokovic can lose but I don't think he cares less about that any more," Wilander said. What Biden needs to accomplish with his NATO trip

London CNN —President Joe Biden embarks on a weeklong trip to Europe on Sunday, and the stakes couldn’t be higher for the future of the NATO alliance. Biden makes a stop in London ahead of his attendance at the NATO Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, followed by meetings with Nordic leaders in Helsinki, Finland. But Biden will be a key player in determining what specific, measurable criteria or timelines, if any, are offered to Ukraine for NATO membership during this summit. Sweden’s NATO membership is “within reach,” NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said in a news briefing following a meeting of senior officials from Turkey, Sweden and Finland Thursday. And I’m really looking – anxiously looking forward for your membership,” Biden told Kristersson during a meeting in the Oval Office.

Royal destinations you need to visit in the UK

A version of this story appeared in the July 7 edition of CNN’s Royal News, a weekly dispatch bringing you the inside track on Britain’s royal family. Research in 2011 by Visit Britain found that around 60% of tourists to the UK are likely to visit places associated with the royal family, according to Ross Bennett-Cook, a visiting lecturer at the School of Architecture and Cities at London’s University of Westminster. While there is no more recent data on royal sites specifically, in 2022 Visit Britain found that history and heritage were the biggest pull factors for tourists. Peter Titmuss/UCG/Universal Images Group/Getty ImagesCornwall: Dear to local and international tourists alike, Cornwall, on the southwestern tip of the UK pointing out into the Atlantic Ocean, is also a special destination for the royal family. The medieval parish church of St Mary Magdalene is regularly used as a place of worship by members of the royal family and dates back to the 16th-century.

LONDON, July 5 (Reuters) - Prince Harry on Wednesday fought to take his phone-hacking lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch's UK newspaper arm to trial, asking London's High Court to let him rely on an alleged "secret agreement" between Britain's royal family and the publisher. David Sherborne, representing Harry, argued there was clear evidence of an agreement between NGN and the royal family, which meant Harry was unable to bring his lawsuit earlier. Harry also said his attempts to progress his case against NGN, with the backing of the late Queen Elizabeth, were stonewalled by NGN and royal aides. Sherborne argued in court filings on Wednesday that NGN had not provided any evidence from Brooks and Thomson "despite their evidence having been identified as critical". He became the first senior British royal to appear in a witness box for more than 130 years when he gave evidence in his MGN lawsuit last month.
