Donald Trump's attorneys are demanding the judge who presided over his New York hush money trial and conviction immediately throw out the case, saying it would be "uniquely destabilizing to the country" otherwise. The letter also cited presidential immunity as a reason to dismiss the case, and maintained Trump is already protected by it. Comcast announced a plan Wednesday to spin off most of its cable television networks into a separate publicly traded company. Two people were killed and a third was injured after a house in an Ohio village exploded and caught fire Tuesday morning, officials said.
