U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman in June sentenced Avenatti to four years in prison, calling his conduct "brazen and egregious." Avenatti successfully freed Daniels from a non-disclosure agreement with Trump, paving the way for her 2018 memoir "Full Disclosure," where she described the alleged liaison. Lawyers for Avenatti and Daniels did not immediately respond to requests for comment. YouTube announced the biggest changes to its creator monetization program in 15 years. YouTube will share ad revenue with Shorts creators who have 1,000 subscribers and 10 million views. That's because YouTube is allocating a portion of total Shorts ad revenue to cover music licensing. Shorts monetization is something of an ultimatum to TikTok, but concerns persistBeginning next year, in place of the YouTube Shorts fund, YouTube will start sharing revenue from Shorts ads with creators.
