Despite the rising cost of cigarettes, some fear that young vapers – having been locked out of the vape market – will turn to cigarettes to get their nicotine fix.

CNN —Teenage sprinting sensation Quincy Wilson is set to become the youngest ever US male track Olympian after the 16-year-old announced he had reportedly been picked in the 4x400 meter relay roster for this year’s Olympic Games in Paris. “The call came directly to me from USA Track & Field,” Lee told USA Today. Wilson’s selection comes after a brilliant debut at the US Olympic Trials last week, where he twice broke a 400m world record. Born in 2008, Wilson has quickly established himself as one of the most promising rising stars in track and field. The sprinter seems to break a record whenever he runs and now looks set for a chance to prove himself on the world stage.

Last year, a California task force issued a seminal report urging reparations for Black residents that could add up to hundreds of billions of dollars. But the state’s new $298 billion budget, signed Saturday after a woeful run for California finances, is offering a much more modest beginning: $12 million. The budget does not call for immediate cash payments for Californians whose lives were shaped by injustices. Instead, it promises some state money if lawmakers agree on proposals that supporters see as early steps to repair the consequences of California’s past. The s'mores bars were a hit, though I wish the graham-cracker layer was thicker. I liked Trader Joe's s'mores bars, but had a few notes. The marshmallow component was fluffy, like the jarred stuff you get in the store, and tasted exactly as I'd expected.
