The Steelers returned to the Super Bowl following the 1978 season and again defeated Tom Landry, Roger Staubach and the Cowboys 35-31. Montana had 297 yards passing and five TDs to earn his third Super Bowl MVP award.

Roughly $2.1 trillion of debt connected to commercial real estate assets, including office properties, apartment buildings, hotels, and retail spaces, will come due between now and the end of 2025 in the US, according to the real estate services firm JLL. The wave of maturities and the enormous equity shortfalls have raised concerns that a growing number of commercial real estate debts will fall into distress, forcing banks and other lenders to suffer losses. His group tracked about $15 billion of commercial property debt sales during the year, roughly three times the volume from 2022. Commercial real estate loans differ from residential mortgages taken by homeowners in that most are interest-only or pay down their principal balance minimally and span a decade or less. More banks are exploring loan salesBanks and other lenders generally aren't eager to seize the real estate assets that collateralize their debt.

It came in the end zone at the same end of the stadium as Swift, who was watching the game with his mother, Donna Kelce, and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce. CBS panned to Swift while advertising its upcoming Grammys broadcast and showed her again after Kelce made a big catch in the second quarter. SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) — Few people proselytize about the importance of tight ends more than San Francisco's George Kittle. So Kittle showed no surprise about the fact that the four teams playing on championship weekend all rely heavily on the tight end in the passing game. "Tight ends give you the ability to mismatch whether it's on linebackers or safeties. “I’ve got a lot of respect for the way he plays the game, man,” said Lions coach Dan Campbell, a former NFL tight end. Luka Doncic and Devin Booker went on another NBA scoring spree on Friday night, making this a week like none other in league history. “I mean, you have some amazing players, man," Doncic said Friday when asked about the recent run of great scoring performances. Josh Shapiro has a new slogan for how he wants to run Pennsylvania — and it's not fit for kids' ears. “There’s children here, so we’ll just say ‘stuff.’”That was the G-rated version of the line he’s been delivering in recent months. His social media team also has used the phrase online in videos. One of Shapiro's fellow Pennsylvania Democrats, U.S. Sen. John Fetterman, cussed routinely on social media while on his way to winning the Senate seat in 2022. Still, Fetterman — known for his blunt and irreverent talk — generally confined his profanities to his writings on social media when describing his disdain for, say, Pennsylvania's relatively low minimum wage.

Yet in the Senate, long a bastion of Republican resistance (or at least hesitancy) to Trump, there are still a number of holdouts. As of January 24, there are still 20 Republican senators — out of 49 total — who have not endorsed Trump's 2024 bid. AdvertisementSome of those senators can be expected to get behind Trump when his nomination becomes official, or at least uncontested. Four current GOP senators — Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, and Mitt Romney of Utah — voted to convict Trump for incitement of an insurrection following January 6. BURLINGTON, Vt. The panel that blew out of an Alaska Airlines jetliner this month was manufactured in Malaysia by Boeing’s leading supplier, the head of the agency investigating the incident said Wednesday. The officials indicated that their separate investigations of Boeing and the accident are in the early stages. Boeing said CEO David Calhoun visited the Wichita factory of Spirit AeroSystems, which makes a large part of the fuselage on Boeing Max jets and installs the part that came off an Alaska Airlines jetliner. An Alaska Airlines Max 9 was forced to make an emergency landing on Jan. 5 after a panel called a door plug blew out of the side of the plane shortly after takeoff from Portland, Oregon. The NTSB is investigating the accident, while the FAA investigates whether Boeing and its suppliers followed quality-control procedures.
