Analyst Peng Cheng found the electric vehicle maker suffered the highest outflows of all individual stocks from retail investors in the past week. That's part of a bigger trend among individual investors of gradually selling mega-cap technology names, the analyst added. In the past week, retail investors pulled a net $411 million freom Tesla. Fellow mega-cap tech stocks Amazon and Meta Platforms were also among the most sold by individual investors last week. That means it would eclipse even the SPDR S & P 500 ETF Trust (SPY) , which tracks the S & P 500.

CNN —The full harvest moon will shine in the early morning hours of September 29, also marking the fourth and final supermoon of 2023. September’s full moon will appear about 5% bigger and 13% brighter than the average full moon, according to NASA. Other monikers for September’s full moon across different indigenous tribes include the corn maker moon from the Abenaki tribe, the moon of the brown leaves from the Lakota people and autumn moon from the Passamaquoddy tribe. Many people associate the harvest moon with being orange in color as it begins to rise, but the same could be said of all full moons. The stock market is poised to hit new 2023 highs by the end of the year, according to Bank of America. The bank said a leading bond market indicator just flashed a bullish signal for the stock market. That's a leading indicator for the stock market because bond investors are typically the first in the market to panic about some type of macro event that could lead to pain for equities. And when bond investors panic, they demand higher yields for the debts that they buy. U.S. chip startups have raised $881.4 million through the end of August, according to PitchBook data. Nvidia has "indirectly" contributed to overall AI chip fundraising woes, because investors want "Home run only type investments with a huge investment, huge return," Mythic CEO Dave Rick said. About two years ago, new investments in chip startups were often $200 million or $300 million. At least two AI chip startups have overcome investor reluctance by trumpeting potential customers or their relationships with well-known executives. Murmu is hosting a reception for G20 leaders during the group's summit on Saturday and invitations were sent from her office. India is also called Bharat, Bharata, Hindustan - its pre-colonial names - in Indian languages and these are used interchangeably by the public and officially. High offices in the country have typically stuck to titles such as President of India, Prime Minister of India and Chief Justice of India while communicating in English. Supporters of the name change in the invitation said British colonial rulers had coined the name India to overshadow Bharat and forge a British legacy. Hindu groups linked to BJP said the G20 summit provided the best opportunity to shed India's colonial baggage.

A startup that uses AI and computer vision to detect and prevent workplace accidents has just secured $12 million in strategic funding from Rite Hite. San Francisco-based Voxel, which launched in 2020, allows companies to integrate its AI tool into their security cameras. "Despite the rapid advancements in AI and computer vision, their potential remained largely untapped in ensuring workplace safety," said Alex Senemar, cofounder and CEO of Voxel. The startup's AI tool also integrates with existing security camera infrastructures, so companies don't have to buy new equipment. It provides tiered pricing, as well as analytics on workplace safety, so corporations can assess how to create a safer setting for workers.
