The radio giant had filed when it disclosed it was entering a restructuring agreement to reduce debt. Audacy is the second largest radio company in the United States behind iHeartMedia and ahead of Cumulus. Audacy, an internet radio conglomerate, operates hundreds of music, news and sports radio stations.
