The world's richest person has faced problems at Tesla, SpaceX and X, ranging from a tanking Tesla valuation to an X advertiser exodus.
Tesla's stock slide has erased about $188 billion from its valuation this year, according to Business Insider's calculations.
The stock closed at just under $192, leaving it worth just over $600 billion at the close of trading Friday.
Before you start feeling too sorry for Musk, though, he's still worth $208 billion.
