CNN —Britain’s King Charles has said the Commonwealth should acknowledge its “painful” history and urged the organization to “right inequalities that endure” as he opened a meeting of Commonwealth countries in Samoa on Friday. “I understand from listening to people across the Commonwealth how the most painful aspects of our past continue to resonate.
