Jacob BungeJacob Bunge is deputy bureau chief for the Wall Street Journal’s Chicago corporate news bureau, which covers agriculture, food companies, restaurants, manufacturing and airlines.
Joining Dow Jones in 2008, he has also covered financial exchanges, electronic trading and monetary policy.
Since 2001 Jacob has reported on business, ranging from restaurants to hedge funds and commodity markets.
In 2016, he was part of a team that won a Gerald Loeb Award in the breaking news category for the Journal’s coverage of the Dow Chemical and DuPont merger.
Jacob graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's degree in journalism, and lives in suburban Chicago.
